The Office of Financial Aid at Edison State Community College is comprised of a team of dedicated, purpose-driven professionals. We are committed to serving students by providing them with information and guidance to secure the necessary financial resources to meet their educational goals and financial obligations to the institution. We provide quality, student-centered service in delivering information on federal, state, institutional and private sources of financial aid. Our financial aid administrators are here to help you understand the financial aid process and how it applies to you and your specific situation. Our staff will assist you in finding the funds necessary to pursue higher education without accumulating unnecessary debt. FAFSA  The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the application used to apply for the federal student aid programs offered by the U.S. Department of Education. All individuals entering college are strongly encouraged to complete the FAFSA.  See more…

Pell Grant  The Federal Pell Grant provides need-based grants to undergraduate students who demonstrate the highest levels of financial need as determined by FAFSA results. The awarded amount is dependent upon financial need, cost of attendance, enrollment status and whether the student plans to attend school for a full academic year or less.  See more…

Scholarships  Scholarships are a form of gift aid that typically does not have to be repaid. Academic merit is typically the basis for determination of scholarship recipients, although financial need is also sometimes taken into consideration. Student Worker Programs  Student Worker Programs provide students with the opportunity to work on campus while going to school. If hired, your supervisor will work with you to schedule your work hours around your class schedule.  See more…
