Pathways at Edison State
Our Engineering & Manufacturing pathway provides real-world experience, education, access to state-of-the-art laboratories, and hands-on internships. You will gain practical skills to thrive in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
Seamless Transfer Option
Edison State and Miami University Regionals have partnered to create a seamless transfer option for three Engineering Technology programs. This pathway presents a continuous transition for students to complete their Bachelor of Science in Applied Science. Students can choose from Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology, and Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology.
The Engineering & Manufacturing pathway offers twelve specific program options.
Full-Time & Part-Time
Prepares students for milling and turning processes, CNC programming, welding, materials technology and more.
Full-Time & Part-Time
Integrates the agricultural sciences and business with training in industrial maintenance and systems integration.
Full-Time & Part-Time
Prepares students for design, interface, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems.

Prepares students with the required FAA certificate for employment as a pilot in a variety of flight-related occupations

The Engineering & Manufacturing pathway also offers technical certificates that students can obtain to increase their skills and advance their careers.
Edison State offers technical certificates within career program areas. Courses outlined in each certificate can lead to an Associate degree for the program sponsoring the certificate. Students generally receive certificates for the completion of 30–37 credit hours of coursework. A certificate can be completed in twelve months.
