Holiday Evening at Edison State is an annual fundraising event organized by The Edison Foundation. The proceeds from this event are used to support Edison State Community College in achieving its educational and community service goals. The funds raised will be directed to scholarships, student emergency assistance, employee mini-grants and capital improvements.
Holiday Evening at Edison State has been held for the past 26 years and is renowned for its outstanding entertainment and a festive atmosphere. It is the perfect way to kick-start the holiday season for many people in the northern Miami Valley. The event includes a wide range of appetizers, ice sculptures, holiday decorations and entertainment, featuring local artists from the Edison State region.
The 2024 Holiday Evening at Edison State will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, from 6:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m. The Edison Foundation and Edison State Community College will host a multi-stage Holiday Evening at Edison State to celebrate, recognize and support our students, partners and local communities. This year's event features the Kim Kelly Orchestra, Parker Hastings, and the Springfield Symphony Orchestra String Quartet II—performing holiday songs and other selections befitting our holiday theme on three distinct stages. With each ticket purchased, patrons will have access to heavy hors d’oeuvres and two complimentary beverages. A cash bar will also be available.
