State Approved Curriculum
The curriculum, approved by the Sate of Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Real Estate, includes the four required pre-licensure course. These courses prepare students for the state licensure exam. Additionally, Edison Sate offers an Ohio Real Estate Commission-approved continuing education course, which is required for all salespeople within the first year after licensure.
