The Edison State Community College Workforce Development & Work-Based Learning office will host a Leadership & Supervisor Development course on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon at Edison State’s Piqua Campus.

Designed for leaders at every level, these interactive and engaging learning experiences help participants strengthen critical skills, enhance team performance, and drive organizational success. Through practical, real-world application, leaders gain the tools and confidence needed to navigate challenges, inspire their teams, and achieve results.

July’s workshop, “Coaching for Performance: Leveraging AI for Impact,” gives leaders practical strategies they can put into action immediately. Designed for managers wanting guidance in moving people forward, it builds core coaching skills that drive engagement and performance.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Ask better questions
  • Strengthen connections
  • Energize team members to take ownership of their roles

The course also introduces simple, effective ways to leverage AI in the coaching process. Leaders will leave with clear tools and confidence to coach with purpose and impact.

Register for the course for $129. For more information or to register, email Trisha Elliott, Coordinator of Client Relations & Program Outreach, or call 937.778.7811.
