Natalie Plate
Founder & Owner, Let’s Lead HR Consulting, LLC
With over 30 years of comprehensive HR and management experience, Natalie Plate helps organizations strengthen their people practices through practical, customized HR solutions. As the founder of Let’s Lead HR Consulting, she supports businesses in enhancing compliance, improving HR processes, and building strong, people-focused cultures.
Natalie has worked in or with a variety of industries, bringing a broad perspective to today’s HR challenges. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management, has been SHRM certified since 2003 and holds additional credentials including PHR, Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Systems Green Belt, and OSHA 30.
Natalie is also dedicated to mentoring HR professionals—guiding them as they grow their skills, build confidence, and achieve their HR certifications. She is committed to helping others advance in their careers and reach their full potential.
Janet Zaccaro
Vice President, Human Resources, Valmark Financial Group
With more than 30 years of experience in human resources, Janet Zaccaro brings a collaborative, people-centered approach to building strong workplace cultures and effective HR practices. She began her HR career in 1994 and spent 25 years with a retail organization, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility and gaining broad experience across all areas of human resources.
Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for a financial services company in Northeastern Ohio, she finds the most fulfillment in the hands-on, human side of HR—partnering with leaders through manager coaching and supporting employees through meaningful counseling conversations. She is passionate about helping people navigate challenges, grow in confidence, and succeed in their roles and careers.
She holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and earned her SHRM certification in 2021 after completing the SHRM course through Edison State. She is a strong advocate for professional development and believes deeply in the value of SHRM certification as a standard of excellence for HR professionals.
